Arriva takes over operations of City Sightseeing

Following City Sightseeing chock move of acquiring London Pride Sightseeing
in November 2000 it was little surprise that the day to day operation, licences
and staff were transferred to Arriva PLC's Original London Sightseeing Tour.
The deal means that Original London now operate the single largest open top operation in the world, with which City Sightseeing are proud to be associated with. The purchase did not include vehicles, property or the engineering staff which City Sightseeing retained to further its operations later this year.
