Second International City Sightseeing Convention
The second City Sightseeing Convention was held in
Seville. 25 operators from around the world were present for the City Sightseeing.
The conference received both TV and newspaper coverage and all the delegates
were treated to a memorable few days. Emphasis was placed on City Sightseeing's
constant strive to gain visitors the best possible value for money whilst maintaining
the highest standards in quality of vehicles, service levels, staff appearance,
tour content and general presentation. Many other aspects were also discussed
including ongoing research on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), brochure presentation,
new product developments including new garments for the uniform range, ticket
machines, online ticket booking system and the further introduction into new
cities of the popular Kids Club program that offers designated commentary and
fun pack for 5-12 year olds.
